The main differences are: the number line on the copyright page runs in reverse (10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1) the copyright page has the Putnam and Penguin logos on top and a differnt ISBN (978-0-3) near the number line the dust jacket is priced at $15.00 on the back (on the bar code) rather than on the front flap and the publisher's address is missing on the back dust jacket flap. The copyright page on this new edition also has a full number line, and the dust jacket has the same design and the same four reviews as the original. Note: The publisher released a new edition around 2015 that looks similar to the original true first edition. Back dust jacket flap lists the publisher's address as 200 Madison Avenue.
